Black Girls with Eczema Retreat Giveaway Rules

The following rules (the “Rules”) apply to and govern the Black Girls with Eczema Retreat (the “Retreat”) Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) sponsored and administered by MyHealthTeam, Inc. (“Sponsor” or “MyHealthTeam”).  By participating in the Giveaway, you acknowledge that you read and understood the Rules and agree to abide by the Rules.

1. Sponsor

Sponsor and administrator of this promotion is MyHealthTeam, with an address at 228 Park Avenue South, PMB 924225, New York, NY 10003.

2. Promotion period

The Giveaway begins on Sep. 10, 2026 at 9 AM CST and ends on Sep. 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST (the “Entry Period”).

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) states and the district of Columbia who are female, at least 18 years old as of the date of entry, and meet the eligibility requirements for the Black Girls with Eczema Retreat. One entry per Instagram account. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, the Retreat organizer (the “Retreat Organizer”), and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family or household members are not eligible.

4. How to enter

During the Entry Period, an eligible entrant may enter by:

• Following @blackgirlswitheczema and @myeczemateam on Instagram

• Sharing the Giveaway post on your story and tagging @blackgirlswitheczema and @myeczemateam.

Commenting on the Giveaway post and tagging three (3) friends who may be interested in learning more about sensitive skin are optional and will not affect your odds of winning. Tagging additional people helps increase the visibility and reach of the Giveaway and is used solely to help introduce the Giveaway to potentially interested individuals.

5. Prize

One (1) prize (the “Prize”) will be awarded: One Black Girls with Eczema Retreat ticket including meals and lodging ($1,450) and reimbursement for eligible travel expenses consisting of airfare, luggage fees, car travel, and rideshare transportation to and from the retreat, up to a maximum approximate retail value of $550. The approximate total retail value is $2,000. The winner is responsible for making the reservations and for any costs not expressly included in the Prize description. The winner must pay all fees and costs associated with attending the Retreat in advance and submit receipts to Black Girls with Eczema via email (hello@blackgirlswitheczema.com) by October 23, 2026. Sponsor will reimburse eligible expenses within fourteen (14) days after the Retreat, provided that the required receipts are timely submitted by the winner, up to a maximum of $550, using Zelle. No reimbursement will be made for meals or food purchased outside of the Retreat, transportation to or from locations other than the Retreat, personal expenses, entertainment, activities not included in the Retreat, travel upgrades, and any other expenses not expressly identified as eligible travel expenses in the Prize description. The Prize is nontransferable and may not be substituted except by Sponsor, which may substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.

If the winner is unable to attend the Retreat after making reservations, the winner will not be reimbursed for the expenses incurred and submitted in compliance with the Rules, including this Section 5.

6. Winner selection and notification

The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period on or about September 16, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by Instagram direct message and must respond within 48 hours. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond timely, is ineligible, or cannot comply with these Rules, the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

7. General conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding.  Sponsor is responsible solely for administering and promoting this Giveaway in accordance with the Rules and for awarding the Prize described herein. Sponsor is not the organizer, operator, host, provider, or administrator of the Retreat. The Retreat is organized and operated solely by Cynthea Corfah. Except for Sponsor’s express obligations as the Giveaway sponsor, Sponsor is not responsible for the Retreat’s scheduling, location, programming, admission decisions, accommodations, transportation, food or beverages, health or safety matters, accessibility, cancellation, postponement, modification, or any act or omission of the Retreat Organizer, its contractors, vendors, speakers, personnel, or other participants. Any questions, complaints, claims, or disputes concerning the Retreat must be directed to the Retreat Organizer. Nothing in these Rules limits Sponsor’s liability for its own acts or omissions to the extent such liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, the Retreat Organizers, Instagram, LLC (“Instagram”), and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims arising out of or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Prize, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, misdirected, or undeliverable entries; technical failures; unauthorized access; or any other error or condition that may interfere with the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Giveaway. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules.

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, each entrant releases Instagram from responsibility for this Giveaway.

8. Privacy and publicity

Information submitted by entrants will be used to administer the Giveaway and for the purposes described inSPONSOR’S PRIVACY POLICY. Except where prohibited by applicable law, as a condition of accepting the Prize, the winner grants Sponsor and its designees permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, and city/state of residence for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes relating to the Giveaway, Sponsor, or its products, without additional notice, approval, or compensation. Where applicable law requires separate written consent, the winner must provide that consent as a condition of accepting the Prize. Except where prohibited by law, by submitting, posting, or sharing any comment, photograph, video, story, or other content expressly submitted in connection with entering the Giveaway (“Entry Content”), you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, repost, publish, display, distribute, edit, and otherwise use the Entry Content, including the submitting Instagram account’s username, on Sponsor’s social media accounts, websites, and promotional materials, without further notice or compensation. You represent that you own or control the Entry Content and have permission from any identifiable person depicted or mentioned.

9. Governing Law; Venue

These Rules and the Giveaway are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Giveaway, these Rules, or the Prize must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and each entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
